By creating an account or subscribing to the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Henley Education provides an online educational platform designed to support student learning through question-based practice, performance analysis, and AI-generated feedback.

The Platform is intended for educational support only and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

3. Accounts

3.1 Parent and Student Accounts

Accounts may be created by parents/guardians for use by students. Parents are responsible for managing their child's account and activity.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Model

Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store full payment details.

5. Founding Member Offer

This discount:

• Applies to the subscription for as long as it remains active and uninterrupted
• Continues across recurring billing cycles while the subscription is maintained

If the subscription is cancelled or terminated for any reason:

• The discount is forfeited
• It cannot be reinstated
• Any future subscription will be charged at the standard price in effect at that time

This offer is limited to the first 100 redemptions only. Once this limit is reached, the code will no longer be valid.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or payment portal.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

Access to the Platform will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which access will cease.

6.3 Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Share account access with others
• Misuse the Platform or attempt to disrupt its operation
• Copy, distribute, or resell Platform content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Educational Disclaimer

The Platform provides guidance, feedback, and practice materials for educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Improved grades
• Exam success
• Accuracy of all AI-generated feedback

Users remain responsible for their own learning and outcomes.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Update, modify, or suspend features
• Perform maintenance
• Improve functionality

without prior notice.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henley Education Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of data or educational outcomes
• Reliance on AI-generated feedback

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
